Trey Songs Announces Partnership with Target

ATLANTA, GA – Last night, Target hosted a private rooftop event for Grammy nominated, R&B crooner Trey Songz, in celebration of the release of his fourth studio album “Passion, Pain and Pleasure”.

During the party, Trey Songz announced his partnership with Target and that Target would be the exclusive retailer of the deluxe version of his album. The deluxe edition includes: four additional live tracks and thirty minutes of video footage.

New Midtown Festival of the Arts is Coming to Atlanta, Sept. 25-26

ATLANTA – Sept. 7, 2010 – Atlanta area residents and visitors will enjoy a new regional arts event this fall when the debut Midtown Festival of the Arts opens Sept. 25-26.

Oktoberfest at Gordon Biersch

Beginning September 14th, guests at Gordon Biersch (848 Peachtree St NE) can enjoy the new limited-time-only menu, featuring two starters, seven entrees, and one desert, all made-from-scratch.  German food fans will be sure to love the Festbier Combo, made up of grilled bratwurst, knackwurst and Hungarian sausages, freshly made-in-house pretzel sticks and Gordon Biersch garlic fries, accompanied by their signature beer mustards.

Executive Chef Bill Heckler gave traditional Oktoberfest fare a Gordon Biersch twist with the addition of the Festbier Steak Tacos.

Atlanta Arts Festival, Sept. 18-19

 

The Atlanta Arts Festival is an annual gathering of 200 unique artists from around the country representing 12 mediums in Midtown, Atlanta’s artistic epicenter, can only signify one event: Atlanta Arts Festival.  From a pool of applicants that represent every entity of the art world, the 4th Annual Festival is excited to announce the 2010 Poster Winner from a select group of artists confirmed to show off their respective artful abilities Saturday, September 18 and Sunday, 19 in Piedmont Park.  

 

The Atlanta Arts Festival is ranked among the top 200 art festivals in the country in sales for both fine art and fine craft by The Art Fair Sourcebook and  it brings exposure to about 200 local and nationally recognized artists from an eclectic mix of 12 mediums, including jewelry, painting, photography, ceramics and sculpture, leather and metal, glassblowing and more.  For more inf

Single Mingle at the High Museum of Art

Wind down after work at the Single Mingle at the High Museum of Art. Meet fellow singles and learn to Salsa with live music and salsa lessons from the Salsambo Latin Dance & Entertainment Company. Admission is $20, for non-members, which include one (1) drink ticket and admission to “Dali: The Late Work.” Additional beverages and hor devours will be available for purchase.
