New Midtown Company Brings Cookies, Home-Baked Success to Atlanta

New Midtown Company Brings Cookies, Home-Baked Success to Atlanta

When Rawle Fraser closed the doors on his family-owned and operated restaurant and lounge, he was encouraged to hold on to a lone commercial KitchenAid stand mixer left in the restaurant kitchen.  With no baking experience, he began experimenting with cookie recipes and came upon an intriguing story.

Fraser found inspiration in the story of Tank Goodness in a “How To” book about home-based baking businesses.  It was serendipity, and the seed for Tank Goodness Atlanta was planted.  After a few days of intense training, Rawle was armed with the secret recipe for Tank Goodness' signature Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies, a few recipes of his own and of course, his trusty mixer.

Today, Fraser enjoys working out of his Midtown abode and delivers ooey-gooey goodness to eager customers throughout metro Atlanta.  For more information on Tank Goodness, visit
