Sidewalk beautification turns ugly for driver in Midtown
News

City beautification is designed to attract more people in to Metro Atlanta. But a sidewalk beautification project has turned ugly for a couple driving recently in Midtown. Michael and Julie Rome were headed west on Ponce de Leon when they struck a modified curb on West Peachtree Street. The impact popped both passenger side tires and cost them close to a thousand dollars when all was said and done. From the looks of it, the Romes aren't the only ones to have this problem. The curb is covered with tire marks from other vehicles. So, Julie Rome contacted Commuter Dude to help prevent this from happening to anyone else.
