11Alive Olympic Fever! Come out and join our live audience | News

It's finally here. The 2012 Olympics in London. You can enjoy all the excitement everyday as you watch 11Alive. But there is another way you can join in on the fun!

Every Monday through Friday between July 30th and August 10th, 11Alive will be going to ten different locations in the Atlanta metro area.

At each location we are looking for the communities to be part of a live audience. We are going to broadcast live between 5 pm and 6 pm. There will be Olympic trivia contests with small prizes given to the winners.  The most creative poster that has an Olympic and 11Alive theme will also be chosen!

So if you are in town or already at the location we will be at, bring the kids our and enjoy being part of a LIVE AUDIENCE. Remember the crowd starts forming at 4:30 pm. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs.

 July 30 - Centennial Olympic Park       

 July 31 - Roswell - Historic Square (at intersection of Hwy 9 and Hwy 120 - across from Bullock Hall)

 Aug 1 - Clayton County International Park- The Beach (invited guests and patrons only)

 Aug 2 - Atlantic Station (Central Park)

 Aug 3 - Stone Mountain Park (invited guests and patrons only)

 Aug 6 - Gwinnett County: Cool Ray Field - Gwinnett Braves (game attendees only)

 Aug 7 - Duluth (on the Town Green) 

 Aug 8 - Marietta (on the Square)

 Aug 9 - Dallas - (in front of the Dallas Theater)

 Aug 10 - Stockbridge (in front of City Hall)
