Park Atlanta improves signage in front of Mary Mac's Tea Room | News

Diners at historic Mary Mac's Tea Room on Ponce De Leon are accustomed to eating delicious Southern cuisine. But they were also being served a steady diet of parking tickets, according to restaurant employees. 

The targets, according to Matt Thompson, Mary Mac's Director of Operations, are five disabled parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant. He says drivers were often ticketed, before staffers could warn them to feed the meter. 

Now, things should be much improved there after Park Atlanta added five new signs clear up any parking confusion.
