ATLANTA -- 11Alive viewer Phil Smith works near PARKatlanta's regional headquarters Downtown.
He emailed me to say he regularly sees vehicles belonging to PARKatlanta employees illegally parked during shift changes.
He then started noticing PARKatlanta company vehicles illegally parked, so he started taking pictures.
Phil has assembled an impressive collection, which he wants everyone to see. But not out of spite, he says.
Phil wants the company that enforces parking in the City of Atlanta to uphold the same standards as ordinary citizens.
