Man accused of tying up, robbing SCAD students arrested
ATLANTA -- A man accused of robbing two SCAD Atlanta students last month is now behind bars.

Richard D. Chaney, 29, is being held without bond in the Fulton County Jail on charges of robbery and false imprisonment, according to jail records.
Police said two men got into an on campus apartment on Sept. 19, tied up the students inside, and stole electronics, clothing and other items.
The victims were able to untie themselves and call police.
There was no word on the second suspect being identified or arrested.
