Tech's athletics director leaving for Clemson
ATLANTA -- Georgia Tech Athletic Director Dan Radakovich has resigned to take the AD's job at Clemson.
Radakovich spent six years at Georgia Tech and hired current football coach Paul Johnson and basketball coach Brian Gregory.
He has also overseen improvements to Grant Field and the building of the new McKavish Center which will serve as the new home of the Yellow jackets basketball teams, replacing Alexander Coliseum.
Radakovich was introduced Monday at Clemson where he will replace Terry Don Philips who announced his retirement in August.
