Panasonic Innovation Center comes to Ga. Tech, brings 100 jobs | News

ATLANTA -- The Panasonic Automotive Systems Company of America will open a new Innovation Center at Georgia Tech in downtown Atlanta.

According to a Panasonic spokesperson, company leaders will partner with the state, city, Georgia Tech and Metro Atlanta Chamber leaders are helping to complete the project, and will speak of the plans for the Innovation at the Grand Opening, set for 9:30 a.m.

Live technology demonstrations will be shown during the Grand Opening, to be held on the square, outside the Centergy One building.

The new center will create 100 job openings, and the Panasonic spokesperson said doors are open for an increase in that number.
