ATLANTA -- 11Alive viewer Russell Toon was upset after receiving a parking ticket near Piedmont Park in Midtown.
Russell parked next to a three-sided island, and there were no restriction signs on the side where he parked. But that didn't stop Park Atlanta for citing him.
Confused and frustrated, Russell contacted Team Commuter Dude for help.
